The in-vehicle accessory can be easily mounted on the dashboard of your car. And now, the Car Thing has been formally announced with a press release on the Spotify website.
We heard whispers about this accessory in 2019, but it wouldn't be before January of 2020 that someone spotted images of the Car Thing in the mobile Spotify app. Spotify today finally took the wraps off its first hardware product, dubbed Car Thing, which is basically an in-vehicle dash-mounted smart media player 'that fills your car with music, news, entertainment, talk, and more.'
